NOTE: In this clip you will see various kata segments from Okinawan Isshinryu Karate. Traditional Karate is considered a hard style, therefore forms appear much more ridgid with hands coming to the hips and hard blocking, kicking and striking techniques. This is Isshinryu Karate as an art, not as a sport. There are many variations on the internet and it depends on what instructor one has as to what variation you will learn.
